Self help is best help in this case as well. Just log into your blog/website, now look at your site as a normal visitor would do. Try to figure out which location and ad unit will catch the maximum attention of your visitor without obstructing his reading much. Once you do this place the best performing ad units (330-228, 300-250, 600-160 & 600-300) on these location. Suddenly you will notice a sharp increase in your CTR and earnings as well.
