USB pen drives are widely used for quick data transfer because it makes easier to copy and paste data from one computer to another. In the future, there may be another device to transfer data. But at the present time USB pen drives are much popular among us. But sometimes, It might be painful, when these drive performsslow

We are changing the file system to NTFS because FAT 3 2can not handle lar ge files( more than 4GB) data.
2. Changing Device Policy

> Select your USB device from the list and click on Properties.
> Now move on to the policies tab and check better performance and at least click on OK.
Suggestion: After changing the device policy and check on better performance then you must always eject your pen drive only after clicking on safely remove your USB option in task bar and it is always recommended to remove the pe n drive fromUSB port when it is not in use.
3. Check For Disk ERoors
> click on tools and
> Now click on “check-now” button
> Under error checking menu, just click on check now button
Now you can speed up your pen drive without changing it to new.
